Jason brings over 20 years of experience in live event production, with a background in AV, large-scale show execution, and business leadership.

As CEO of Special Event Management, he leads nationwide operations, supporting major clients including Formula 1, Encore, and Blueprint Studios. Under his leadership, SEM has grown into a trusted event staffing partner known for reliability, efficiency, and results on-site.

Jason is passionate about building strong teams and delivering seamless event execution across every project.

Rilee Jackson - COO

Rilee Jackson oversees operations, staffing logistics, and client coordination for Special Event Management. She plays a key role in ensuring every project is properly staffed, organized, and executed efficiently from start to finish.
